Our History
The Kings Point Police Benevolent Association (PBA) has a long and proud history of representing the dedicated officers who serve the Village of Kings Point, located on the North Shore of Long Island, New York.
Established as a union and advocacy group for law enforcement professionals, the Kings Point PBA has been instrumental in protecting the rights of police officers, ensuring fair working conditions, and fostering positive relationships with the local community.
The association was formed in response to the growing need for organized representation of police officers in the region. Over the decades, the Kings Point PBA has not only fought for fair wages, benefits, and pensions but also worked to promote the welfare and safety of the citizens they serve. By standing together, the officers of Kings Point have been able to navigate the evolving challenges of law enforcement, from the rise in crime during the 1970s and 1980s to the modern-day focus on community policing and public safety.
Today, the Kings Point PBA continues to serve as a voice for its officers, advocating for their rights while working to maintain the strong bond between the police force and the people they protect.
